ALCAICO

HOW IT IS MADE

__________

Emotional Description

Lively, bright, vibrant. The appearance is immediately striking and invites the senses.

The light reflects the skilful vinification.

Nose

The complexity of the olfactory assessment does not forget the lightness and the fine scents of the passage allow themselves to be discovered with elegant allure: citruses and ripe peach, the butter of croissants and the fragrance of bread crusts, following the chalky tone of minerals that stains with austerity.

Palate

Immediate balanced, it does not prompt softness but remains sapid and juicy with distinct freshness. Its transition in barrique designs gentle trajectories between sapid and citric peaks.

Pairing

Crustaceans and molluscs, soups and risottos that are well structured with mushrooms or vegetables, fish and roasted poultry. Soft cheeses with good intensity.
