The terrain in which the vines grow has a medium-textured soil, with calcareous tendencies. The plantation is situated between 300 and 500 metres above sea level and faces towards south, south-west, looking towards the Adriatic sea.

HOW IT IS MADE
The two grapes are gathered and vinified separately in fermentation vats. They complete their journey into barrels of 20hl, the cuvee is formed with variable percentages according to the vintage. 36 months for the formation of bubbles, manual remouage, minimum of 6 months in the bottle after disgorgement.

This sparkling wine displays a particular luminosity, with a straw-yellow colour. The chains of bubbles unleashed in the glass are fine, numerous and persistent. The first moment at the nose evokes little patisseries, then there is the arrival of fresh bergamot fruit, pineapple, apple, delicate florals, salty accents, honey-tinged notes, vanilla. The entrance in the mouth is characterised by a beautiful equilibrium, the fizz is persistent with evocations of citrus fruit, florals and a final savoury sensation. Pairing: dishes with plenty of richness.
