Dimora San Venanzio was built close to the Pieve of San Venanzio and adjacent to a Medieval Church of high historical and cultural value, finally recovered and restored.
The Dimora is located on the highest point of the hill, in front of the Furlo Gorge, breathing in its scents and fresh currents.
It was realized in total respect for the environment with eco-friendly materials and natural furnishings.
The Villa is developed on two levels:
the entrance opens on the ground floor consisting of a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a bathroom and a kitchen with large windows looking at the Furlo Reserve and the surrounding nature.
The second floor consists of four bedrooms and their respective bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub.
The outdoor space has a wide garden completely at the disposal of the guests, with an outdoor dining area, where it is possible to eat during the summer period and take advantage of our Ofyr.
The accurate architectural design made it possible to include an elegant saltwater swimming pool that is well integrated with the surrounding spaces (15 m x 7.5 m and 1.40 deep). On the sun terrace around the pool are luxurious sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower. Here you will also find a large lounge corner with two large lounge sofas and a dining table. All the swimming pool area is reserved for the exclusive use of guests of the Dimora too.
